Right now, we’re looking for a CRM Manager to join us. Working within the Portfolio Management team, youll be responsible for building campaigns and issuing communications through our CRM system, Braze. 

 

Day to day tasks will involve 

  • Managing the end of end process for communication deployment across a range of channels (email, push notification, IAM, SMS and direct mail) 
  • Working with our Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure all communications are built as per brand requirements 
  • Testing all communications before issuance  
  • Supporting the development of campaign selections and customer segmentation to ensure optimal open rates 
  • Seeking to automate communications (through the build of triggered processes) to make communication issuance more efficient  
  • Creating A/B testing plans to optimise campaign activity 
  • Monitoring campaign performance, proposing actionable improvements 
  • Making minor HTML updates for customer facing emails 

 

Experience and qualifications required 

  • Experience using campaign management tools 
  • A keen interest in industry best practices and desire to develop knowledge of automation tools 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects and prioritise effectively 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • A proactive and 'can do' attitude 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and basic HTML skills
