The role:

You will join our growing HR team and will support the team in delivering our progressive HR agenda. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will also be enabling us to achieve our ambitious headcount goals. You will be play an integral part in our goal to become the UK’s number one place to work and will share your ideas on how to get there. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and adopt the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates
  • Supporting the delivery of HR related activity and projects to improve the employee and candidate experience
  • Developing candidate contact strategies and screening calls and meetings
  • Candidate engagement, identifying and attracting potential candidates
  • Assisting with HR & recruitment related administration & the candidate onboarding process

About You:

  • Recruitment experience, ideally with a HR generalist background
  • You have a passion for delivering an excellent employee and candidate experience
  • Proven experience in developing business relationships and maintaining them
  • You have strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You are organised with the ability to multitask and work towards tight deadlines
