About the Assignment

We are currently looking for a Finance Project Manager as there is a need for development of strong and effective processes to support the company as it scales. You will contribute to shaping the finance department through ongoing development and improvement of finance processes, insightful reporting and analysis, and efficient and effective workflows. You will have a keen interest in Payments/FinTech and will have the opportunity to make an impact in all areas of the business.

The Deliverables

  • Mentorship of 3 junior accountants and overseeing day to day activities (eg. Purchase ledger and bank reconciliations).
  • Implementing SAP Business by Design & SAP best practises
  • Integrating SAP into our month reporting processes
  • Delivering process improvement across our finance division
  • Automation of our management accounting processes

Our Ideal Person

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) from Top 20 practice
  • Will have a background in financial services
  • Good technical accounting knowledge
  • Broad knowledge across accounts preparation, corporation tax and VAT.
  • Drive, motivation and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident of leading a team of junior accountants
  • Desire to work in a very high growth business and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and across functions.
